Hi Mamas! My husband and I relocated from WI to San Diego in 2010. My love for fitness started through Pilates while I was rehabbing from lower back pain. I had such amazing success in healing through Pilates that I decided to pursue my certification to teach it. After an intensive 2 year program, I obtained my full equipment certification through STOTT Pilates in 2008. I worked for several years teaching at various Pilates studios. In 2009, I started to branch out into more fusion-styles of fitness and I gained my TRX certification. Once I relocated to San Diego I began working at a studio teaching cycling and classes on the Gravity Training System (GTS). In 2015, I also obtained my certification as an ACE Group Fitness Instructor. After the birth of my son Zion in 2016, I struggled to balance fitness and motherhood and began feeling like I was losing a large part of who I was. Fit4Mom has been a life-changing opportunity for me to balance fitness, being a mom, and being able to help other moms balance those things as well. I am currently working as a sub all over San Diego, I hope to see you at a class soon!
