When can I place my membership on hold or cancel it?

Holds can start any day of your billing cycle. Our system auto-prorates your membership upon release of your hold. There are no refunds on dues once payment has been paid, To avoid payment all changes to the status of a membership need to take effect prior to the billing date.

*Cancellations need a 30 calendar day notice prior to your bill date. (same process as above, but 30 calendar day notice)
