Body Ignite

The Body Ignite Format will provide resources to create and deliver a strength-based class using weighted bars as the primary equipment. Within the class, you will focus on strength training opportunities and options including unique sequencing methods for maximum effect. We will be focusing on the core as both a mover and a stabilizer, as well as active and dynamic flexibility.
