I'm the mother of two wonderful children, Dannah 13 and Broden 10. I started as a client with Body Back in 2012 and couldn't get enough! I've always enjoyed working out, but the Body Back sessions and drop in workouts were nothing like I'd done before! The community of women supporting and encouraging each other, the nutrition component and the high intensity workouts pushed me far out of my comfort zone and I saw amazing results! What I've learned since, is that fitness, like life, is a journey. Everyone has ups and downs but as long as you keep moving and pushing yourself, you are growing!! Since joining Body Back, I've completed a few triathlons, a half marathon and I ran the longest leg in Ragnar So Cal in 2015! I would never have had the confidence and belief in myself that I could accomplish those goals without my Body Back experiences. The community of women I've met through the program have loved and supported me through some difficult personal issues. I'm forever grateful. I became an instructor because I wanted to share with other women my enthusiasm and love for fitness and specifically, the Body Back program. I want to encourage women to grow and support them in their personal journeys. I look forward to my new journey as an instructor! Besides my love for Body Back, I love heading up my company's wellness program, leading my daughter's Girl Scout troop and running races with my children. My daughter is crazy fast and she is my inspiration! :-) My work and kids keep me very busy, so I've learned to love my early morning workouts!
