Hi! I'm Allison Cappabianca, you can call me, Alli. I was born and raised in beautiful Bay Park. I grew up loving sports and all things outdoors and spent much time combining those two things right across the 5 freeway at Mission Bay. When I was a teen, I started seeing a bunch of moms running around pushing strollers while I was running or conditioning at the Bay, and thought, "Huh, that's cute..." Then, at the beginning of 2016, a couple months after having my son, Jameson, I started looking for mom groups to join and found FIT4MOM. After our first Stroller Strides class, we were hooked!
My husband, James, is in the military and we've moved around and travel quite a bit. Everywhere we go we look up the local franchise to try to get in a good workout and meet the local Village of incredible mamas and babies. My heart feels like it could explode thinking about all the love we have felt from all the different Villages we have visited during our travels. I am beyond excited, though, that now we will get to stay here, in my hometown, and I will have the opportunity lead and make strides in fitness and motherhood with all the superb mamas of San Diego!! If we haven't met yet, I can't wait to meet and sweat with you! Let's do this mama!!

child interaction, but I'll get you sweating while singing 10 little
monkeys. I recently added Stroller Barre on Mondays, and love the new challenge. I've also ben teaching Body Back for three years, and have seen the most amazing transformations in body, mind and spirit! Fitness is my passion surpassed only by motherhood!

My name is Angie and I have a passionate 2 year old daughter named Peyton. I am originally from the Inland Empire but moved out to Vista in the North County of San Diego back in August of 2015. I have always wanted to live here, and I still can't believe my family and I are able to call this gorgeous place home! Since I was a little girl, I have always been an athletic and fitness driven person. I was the "tom boy" of the group. I loved playing with the boys and getting dirty. Thanks to my mother I do have a girly side, but if it would have been up to me, I would have been outside everyday, all day, enjoying the sun. I started with gymnastics as a kid, then cheer, and then just exercising for the relief of stress as an adult. I have always been a bit afraid to go after my dreams since I had a lack of confidence growing up, and for the first time in my life, I am in the best place I have ever been, and I can honestly say I love myself more than ever. I have a passion for women and I truly admire each unique individual. I love seeing the different women I come across and all their rare traits and personalities. I believe we all have a purpose on this earth and I also believe us, as women, are the backbone and foundation of our families essence. I would love nothing more than to be a driving force in helping women, and people in general to find the best version of themselves. For those reasons, working for Fit4MOM Stroller Strides as an instructor is a dream come true. After having my daughter, I gained a lot of weight and felt pretty embarrassed with myself. I gained over 60 pounds during my pregnancy, and was unable to see myself as others saw me. I found myself staying at home without any motivation to go outside or be social. I worked out from home, but as you know, that can become very tiresome and pretty boring. I had a friend suggest Stroller Strides to me and I was very timid about going to a big group of women that I didn't know. It was an intimidating thought. After a few pushes from my husband, I finally went. They were all so nice and welcoming, and after that day I never looked back. Besides Stroller Strides, the driving force for me is my daughter, and love of my life. I don't want my daughter to deal with the same confidence issues I grew up with. I want my daughter to grow up ALWAYS loving herself, and accepting everything about her, knowing that she is a diamond full of flaws and she is more than beautiful, but strong, talented, and loved. I'm so very excited to be an instructor and embark on this new adventure with all of you! I hope to help brighten your day and aid you through your mommy life with a fantastic workout, some great discussions, and hopefully, a few laughs!
I am from Milwaukee WI and went to college at West Virginia University, where I played soccer. Staying in shape and athletics have always been a huge part of my life. Then I had my son Walker. All I wanted to do was stay home with him, how was I going to do that? That is when I found Stroller Strides, and this wonderful program combined two of my favorite things, my child and working out. Little did I know what an effect all these wonderful mothers I would meet would have on me. We now have our second son Max born Sept '12, and Beckett born Sept '14, life couldn't be better. I don't know where I would be without Stroller Strides. I love everything about my job. :)more
While I was pregnant with my son Rogan in 2014 I constantly was in thought, how as a certified personal trainer could I continue to work in a field I love and be able to bond with my child. As soon as I was introduced to Stroller Strides & Body Back, I knew I had found my calling. I love being part of all these mom's lives. They inspire me to be the best version of me I can be, for myself, for my child and for the Mom's that come to class.more

Hey Mamas! My name is Cara and I am from Oceanside, Ca. I am the mother of one little boy named Corbin. He was born 1/2/13, since the moment he was walking he has kept me on my toes...he is my little ball of energy! I have always been very fitness oriented. Growing up I was a full time competitive gymnast and I still coach gymnastics now in my adult life. Growing up in the gym I learned early on how to eat healthy and workout. Once I had my son I was lost on how to continue the healthy lifestyle I once had while keeping up with a baby....until I found fit4mom! Once I was around other moms who I could relate with and who inspired me daily, I knew I had found where I belonged! Now that I am a body back instructor, I look forward to waking up every morning not just to teach, but to motivate and inspire other mamas to be Strong, Healthy, and Happy for themselves and their families!
Originally a Long Island, NY native, I've spent the last 8 years in Arlington, VA, and moved to Oceanside, CA with my husband in June 2015. We have a little girl named Charlotte (born October 2013) and we hope to have more children in the future. We are loving Southern California for the active lifestyle and great workout weather!
I started Stroller Strides as a member when Bella was only 6 months. I met Summer Hixon and Sybille Steiner and was instantly hooked and told myself I want to inspire others the way these lovely ladies inspired me. So 4 years and -60 something pounds later I've not only become an instructor, held my own at my awesome Tierrasanta location, AND have been helping train future instructors! It has been mind blowing for me and oh so gratifying, mind, body, and soul! I LOVE my job!more
Caroline Calabrese is a mother of 2 children, Gianna who is 3 1/2 years old and Mateus who is 2 years old. She is married to Adam Calabrese and their family lives in BayHo, San Diego, CA. She is originally from Brazil and all her family still lives there. She loves meeting new people, the beach, and being outdoors. She used to work in the hospitably industry organizing meeting and conventions. In 2012 she completed an associates degree and was certified in nutrition and physical activity. Her passion for helping others to live a health lifestyle, especially women and mothers is what brought her to become a Stroller Strides instructor. She is happy to work for Fit4Mom, and to be for most part a stay at home mom.
I'm a mom of two little girls and have been teaching group exercise classes since 2004. I became a certified Stroller Strides and Fit4Baby instructor in Fall 2013 and earned my Stroller Barre certification in Summer 2014. I started taking Stroller Strides classes in Encinitas and La Costa with a neighbor when our babies were 6-7 weeks old and it totally changed motherhood for both of us. We loved being able to exercise and socialize with other moms with whom we shared similar "new mom" experiences. After my daughter's first birthday, I decided to combine my passion for fitness and desire to spend more time with her by becoming a Stroller Strides instructor. I love helping moms get fit, and setting a good example for our kiddos at the same time!
Hi everyone! My name is Chelsea and I'm a mom to two little girls. I grew up playing sports and have always loved fitness and exercising. In college, I majored in Kinesiology and knew I wanted to do something in the fitness industry. After I had my first baby, I was completely lost on how to start a new workout routine with my baby. Then I found Stroller Strides. I was instantly hooked! So much so that when my family decided to move out of the state I decided to start my own FIT4MOM franchise. My name is Corby and I have a wonderful daughter named Betty. I was born and raised in sunny San Diego and after moving around with the military for 5 years we are now back home for good. My background is in Accounting but I decided to stay home with Betty and that's when I discovered Stroller Strides. It's been 2 years and I haven't looked back since. I taught Stroller Strides at Fit4Mom Savannah for over a year before coming back to San Diego where I knew I had to keep teaching and do what I love. I love being able to mix fitness with creativity and inspire others. Beyond Fit4Mom I enjoy running races, from 5k's to even a half marathon. Hi! My name is Felissa, I am mom to Adelaide (6) and Lincoln (4), we just moved back to down from Orange County and parked ourselves in Oceanside. Since my kids weren't really stroller age anymore I missed the opportunity for Stroller Strides until I was introduced to Body Back. I could never find the time or motivation to go to the gym, so since the first time I tried it I was hooked. It's the perfect workout for mom's that want to get back into shape and challenge themselves. I'm happy to part of the Fit4Mom team and share the motivation onto others who deserve it. I currently teach BodyBack in 4S Ranch on Tuesdays and Thursdays and 5:30-6:30 am at the Karate Studio. In addition to BodyBack certification, I also hold certifications in Stroller Strides and Vinyasa Yoga. I've been teaching fitness since I was 18 years old. Being a competitive swimmer all of my life, I taught swim lessons for 16 years. I graduated from Fresno State, being a record holder for 12 years in the 200 yard freestyle and earning my Master's degree in Education. After I graduated college, I became an elementary school teacher and a sponsored triathlete, being ranked 2nd woman in San Diego for my age group. Being a mom of 2 boys, (2 1/2 years old and 1 month old), I am so lucky to be doing what I love, being a mom, a part time 4th grade teacher for Poway Unified and teaching BodyBack. I have always been an athlete, a coach or just exercising. I had been a swimmer at Sacred Heart University and then turn to running where I completed many races including the NYC Marathon. So when I had Jaxon I was somewhat lost with how I was still going to exercise and be a mom and work! So when we moved to SD from LA I decided to stay home with my babyman and joined Strollers Strides. It was a life changing experience and knew I had to be a part of this incredible Fit4Mom team!

Hi my name is Jenny Reinbold. I have one curious, fun, sweet-but-full-of-personality, 22 month old daughter named Maci with my husband Doug who is in the US Navy. We moved here in the spring of 2014 from Arlington, Virginia which is where I grew up. I have been an elementary school counselor for 12 years but since relocating to SD I have been working as a stay-at-home mom (who rarely stays at home!). Moving to San Diego was exciting but also scary because I was a new mom who had never been out of the work force, and I hardly knew a soul. I soon joined Stroller Strides at Mission Bay and it was the best decision I’ve ever made! Not only did I get into a challenging but fun fitness routine, I was also afforded the opportunity to meet so many amazing moms that are now wonderful friends. Hi, I'm Jessica! I live with my family in San Diego. I am a mother to two sweet little boys, AJ and Max. After a lot of moving around for my husband's job we finally settled in San Diego. I worked in the culinary field as a banquet chef at the Disneyland Resort before getting pregnant with my first son. Living in Orange County as a stay-at-home mom with not a lot of family close by is when I found Stroller Strides...and I have not looked back since! After moving to San Diego I immediately went back to Stroller Strides and have been so blessed to have such amazing women in my life. This wonderful organization has brought so much joy and health into my life and I am so thankful for it. I am so lucky to be able to stay at home with my beautiful sons and watch them grow and learn everyday, and I love being able to instill heath and a love for fitness and being outdoors through Stroller Strides. I'm a mother to a very sweet and smiley 15 month old little girl, Brooke. My husband, Brett and I live in here in San Diego and are trying to figure this parenting thing out step by step! I've always loved fitness and being active, yet after having Brooke in Sept '15 I felt like I'd never get time to exercise again. It was so stressful to line up childcare and try to get in a fast workout-all while worrying how Brooke was doing and feeling guilty about being away. Then I found this amazing combination of getting out of the house with the baby, getting exercise, fresh air, support, motivation and laughs with women who know exactly what you're going through....Stroller Strides!! I still marvel at the perfection of getting all of those things in one place! Becoming a mom and being a mom is tough! And no one understands that quite like other moms. I love everything about the Fit4Mom concept. I'm so happy to be teaching classes and sharing all of this with such amazing mamas! To any mom, this is home. It's taking care of yourself, setting a great example for your children and belonging to a community. I can't imagine my mama life without Fit4Mom!more

All these years later I still have a passion for what FIT4MOM stands for. Bringing mom's together. Hello! My name is Juliana and I live in Rancho Penasquitos with my husband and our two children Audrey and Nathaniel. I grew up in Orange County and moved to San Diego to attend college at UCSD—Go Tritons! After college, I had plans to start nursing school but those plans were put on hold when my husband and I found out we were going to have a baby (a little detour I was more than willing to accept)! Always an avid runner, I was anxious to get back into a workout routine post-pregnancy and signed up for stroller strides with a couple friends from a moms group I started. I quickly realized how much I loved encouraging my friends to run faster and work harder, so I decided to challenge myself to become an instructor. It’s an honor to show up each day knowing I get to work among friends, motivate other mamas to be their best, and do it all WITH my daughter and son!more
I was born in Nashville, TN and moved to Albuquerque, NM when I was 8. My family still resides there but for whatever reason I knew that staying there wasn't for me, so I landed in San Diego in 1994 where I later met my best friend and soul mate, Neil. This April we will be celebrating our 15th anniversary. Then there's our greatest achievement, Ethan Justus Anstedt. Ethan was born on 9/17/11 and has turned our world around...in the best possible way. Ethan is ACTIVE so it's important that we are up and at 'em in the mornings. He loves Stroller Strides just as much as I do so it's a no brainer to get out that door and do our thing. I love this amazing fitness program and I am so happy that I get to share FIT4MOM with other mom's, their kiddos and my son!more
I'm the mother of two wonderful children, Dannah 13 and Broden 10. I started as a client with Body Back in 2012 and couldn't get enough! I've always enjoyed working out, but the Body Back sessions and drop in workouts were nothing like I'd done before! The community of women supporting and encouraging each other, the nutrition component and the high intensity workouts pushed me far out of my comfort zone and I saw amazing results! What I've learned since, is that fitness, like life, is a journey. Everyone has ups and downs but as long as you keep moving and pushing yourself, you are growing!! Since joining Body Back, I've completed a few triathlons, a half marathon and I ran the longest leg in Ragnar So Cal in 2015! I would never have had the confidence and belief in myself that I could accomplish those goals without my Body Back experiences. The community of women I've met through the program have loved and supported me through some difficult personal issues. I'm forever grateful. I became an instructor because I wanted to share with other women my enthusiasm and love for fitness and specifically, the Body Back program. I want to encourage women to grow and support them in their personal journeys. I look forward to my new journey as an instructor! Besides my love for Body Back, I love heading up my company's wellness program, leading my daughter's Girl Scout troop and running races with my children. I found my love for teaching fitness while I was a swim and water aerobics instructor during college. I graduated with my degree in Business Management in July of 2014. While finishing my last semester of college I found out I was pregnant with my son. I found Stroller Strides when he was six months old and it was the perfect fit for me. I wanted to stay active and loved having so many new friends for me and my son. After attending classes for only a few months I knew I needed to take the opportunity to become an instructor. I started stroller strides as a client in the summer of 2012. I was only able to be a member temporarily as I had to go back to work within a few months. In October of 2013 I quit my job and rejoined stroller strides. I took on the roll of playgroup captain in March of 2015 and that helped to pave the way to my stroller strides teaching career.
Hello! I’m Kate Moynihan and I live in Carlsbad, CA. I am a mama to Maren (12), Liam (10) and Quinn (7) (and a 6 month old puppy, Tilly!) My enthusiasm and love for all things fitness include: former collegiate athlete (volleyball), marathon runner, barre instructor, yogi, and fitness entrepreneur. I love teaching a variety of different formats and like to infuse my workouts with lots of energy, so you have no choice but to give it your all. My first Body Back class in San Marcos felt like a warm hug! I couldn’t believe how included, accepted and welcome I felt. I knew I wanted to be a part of such a powerful movement, helping women in this crazy journey of motherhood. My name is Kati Herridge, mother of Ocean Olamana (5months) and wife of Leo. I currently reside in Bay Park. How it all started; one day I was enjoying a lovely walk at La Jolla Shores and the next minute I was breaking a sweat and making friends. I instantly fell in love with Fit4Mom. Even though I was not a mother yet, I kept coming back every class with the child I was caring for at the time. As an instructor I aim to inspire mothers or caregivers to be apart of our village and reach their optimal health goals. With my education in Human Physiology and Anatomy, Sports and Circulatory Massage, Kinesiology, and a general knowledge in holistic health. My name is Kelsey Cooper and I have two amazing little girls Hayden and Zoe. We live a not so typical family life because my husband works in Angola Africa (yes.. Africa) Discovering FIT4MOM when my oldest daughter was just a couple months old saved me. The support that I have been given by these women especially while I am alone with my girls was life changing. Everyday these moms and kids bring so much joy, support, and encouragement. I also feel like I am healthier and stronger then I have ever been. I am the proud mama to my son Kodiak, and step mama to daughters Claudia and Anna. In my free time I like to sing, play the ukulele, and run. I have been with the fit4mom village for a year and a half. And am elated to say I have been the Cardiff stroller strides instructor for 5 months now. I'm the mother to two adorable kids - Logan (4) and Riley (2). I first found (and fell in love with) Stroller Strides when I was on maternity leave with Riley and knew I had found my happy place! I loved how Stroller Strides gave me an opportunity to workout and spend the precious time I had with my daughter at the same time! And the workout was GREAT! Plus it got me to interact with other amazing mommies, get outside and (at some point later in the day) shower. I remember being so sad to return to work and miss seeing this amazing village daily! When I decided to make career change in April 2016, I knew that I wanted to add SS instructing to my life! My name is Kristina Miller. My husband and I have been stationed here in San Diego since 2008. We were blessed with our son Bowen on May 1, 2014. I have an Associates in Art from Lone Star and currenlty working on my Bachelors in Consumer Sciences and Merchandising from University of Houston. My true love and passion has alwasys been fitness. I was the Head Gymnastic Coach for Mom and Me, Preschool, and Girls for several year. After having my son I missed coaching but did not want to leave my son. Hi, my name is Lauren. :) I've recently moved to North County with my husband, Jay and son, Logan. We live on base at Camp Pendleton and I love exploring the area and filling our days with as many outdoor activities as possible. In my opinion life doesn't get much better than San Diego County! Before moving here I lived in New York and worked as a dancer and dance instructor for many years. When I'm not busy being Logan's mommy, I'm studying to get my MS in Fitness and Nutrition. I am a very proud mom of a very energetic boy named Toby who was born in June 2010. As of April 2013, our family has grown to include a sweet little girl named Shelby. I started going to Stroller Strides classes when my son was 8 weeks old, and I knew right away I wanted to be an instructor! Fitness has always been a passion of mine, and I have played a lot of soccer and tennis throughout my life. I have two amazing daughters, Molly (5) and Mia (3). In my “Life before Kids” I enjoyed a career in medical sales and taught spin classes in the evenings. When Molly and Mia came along, priority’s shifted and I couldn’t bear to travel or leave them for extended periods of time. That’s when my, incredibly supportive, husband and I decided I would be a fulltime mother and wife. I discovered Stroller Strides soon after and am grateful for the opportunity to combine my greatest passions; Motherhood + Fitness! San Diego native! Swam competitively from age 3 - 23, ran track and played water polo in high school and college. Working out and being an athlete has been my life. I worked out during my pregnancy, felt great and had a magical overall experience so after I had baby I couldn't wait to find something I could do to stay fit, without leaving my baby, ever. Thank God I found just that and became an instructor around 8 weeks post pardon. So happy I found Fit4Mom so I could put my passions together, working out and being with my baby!
Hi everyone! My name is Meghan Cate and I've been working in the fitness industry for 16 years. I attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and sustained a knee injury while playing volleyball my freshman year. During the rehab process, I became addicted to spin classes. The next thing I knew, the gym asked me to become an instructor! I started teaching just spin and then added Turbo Kick to my resume. After college, I moved back home to sunny San Diego where I took a job as an accountant. I traded the gym for happy hours and before I knew it, I had gained 50 pounds. I knew I had to get control of my health, so I signed up for a "boat camp" of sorts and was addicted. I lost the weight, ran races, started playing soccer again, and found my love for coaching and teaching again. I have my Personal Trainer Certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I also hold the following certifications: TRX, Orangetheory, Kaia FLOW, and I KAN Run.
Body Back has all of the elements that I love. Awesome workouts, accountability, meal plans, meditation, and so much more.
I'm married to an amazing man, Nicholas, and we have a 20 month old son named Charlie. He is so much fun! We feel like we are living the dream :)

I was born and raised in San Diego, but just recently moved back to the area with my husband when I was pregnant. I am the instructor for our fantastic Scripps Ranch location on Tuesdays and Thursdays. My hubby Zack and I have a 3 year old daughter Ella and a baby son Max. Our family resides in Mira Mesa. I joined Stroller Strides six weeks after Ella was born. We have been hooked ever since (Ella even tries to do exercises at home now!) I had been a competitive swimmer in high school and a long-time yoga and pilates enthusiast but I had never found such a comprehensive and fun workout until I discovered Stroller Strides. The community of women and children Stroller Strides provided was also invaluable to me as an initially nervous first-time mom. Originally from Los Angeles, I graduated Emerson College in beautiful Boston with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. In 2006, a television news producing job brought me to San Diego. Hi there! My name is Nikki and I am thrilled to be part of the stroller strides team and an amazing organization. I am a native San Diegan and now live in Rancho Penasquitos with my family. I have a sweet, energetic little boy named Hayes (3) and two beautiful step-children, Miles (14) and Marley (12). I joined stroller strides when Hayes was 8 weeks old as this Mama needed to get out of the house! What I found was a community of strong, supportive Moms that I am so grateful to be a part of. Prior to becoming a full-time mom I worked at Rady Children's Hospital as a Medical Social Worker. Sports and fitness have always been a huge part of my life. I have played many different sports, including my love volleyball at the college level, and coached girls club for the past 10 years. Hi! I am a Mom to two amazingly energetic and wonderful little boys Aaron (5) and Aiden (3). My background is in education where I taught Physical Education to middle school students. I am originally from Northern California where I was able to enjoy the outdoors with snowboarding, wake boarding, backpacking, and running. I love being outside, so when I took time off to be a Mom it seemed to be a very natural transition into position of instructor at Stroller Strides. I was immediately drawn to the complexity of the workout, and surprised at how much fun I was having. My little ones love bubbles! I look forward to extending my love for fitness and our Stroller Strides program to you, and to help you reach your fitness goals. I teach in Scripps Ranch on Monday and Wednesdays, and Mission Bay on Tuesday, Thursday's and Saturdays. I also am a Personal Trainer for Fit4mom. I initially joined the Fit4Mom family in 2007 as a Stroller Strides instructor. Now that my children have outgrown the stroller, I have been honored to have the opportunity to continue with the Fit4Mom family as a Body Back Instructor. Before becoming a mother, I worked in law. Now I can't see ever working anywhere else. Fit4Mom is not just a fitness program - it's a family, a sisterhood and a support system I could not imagine my life without. Helping to support mothers to be the best mom, wife and woman they can be is my ultimate goal. I look forward to sharing this experience and way of life with each and every member of the family.more
Hi mamas! I'm Rachel Kitt. I was born and raised in Los Altos, California. I went to school at the University of Arizona (bear down!). I played lots of sports growing up and picked up the running bug in 2009. I've completed 12 half-marathons and dozens of shorter races since. I've lived in San Diego for 10 years now and am the proud mama of two sweet girls, Abigail born in March 2013 and Charlotte born in May 2015. I joined Stroller Strides in May 2014.
Hello! My name is Robyn Penton and I have a wonderful husband and two young sons. I am originally from South Louisiana, but have moved around quite a bit in the last few years as my husband is currently on active duty in the U.S. military. This is our second tour in beautiful San Diego and I am ecstatic to be back! I am a licensed attorney but currently practice on a very limited basis as to be home and around more for the three most important guys in my life. I joined Stroller Strides at or last duty station and was instantly hooked; I loved it so much I trained to become an instructor. Stroller Strides has given my boys and I so much--lifelong friendships, a place to belong, and some really great workouts! Most of all I love the example we are setting for our kids--exercising is fun! Nothing makes me smile more then seeing our little ones play "exercise."more
Hi! I'm Sarah and I have two adorable kids, Emily (4) and Noah (19mths) with my husband, David. I am originally from England but have been in California for 20 years now! We currently live in Poway and love it! We're so lucky to have family close by and spend a lot of time with them. Before having kids, I was the financial controller of a successful seafood company but couldn't imagine going back to work full time once Emily was born.
I have been attending Stroller Strides classes since Emily was born and I love everything about it! It has been such a wonderful (sanity saving!) experience. Not only are the workouts amazing, but the friendships that I and my children have made through our village will be lifelong. The benefits of Stroller Strides have had such a positive impact on my life and I finally decided it was time to give a little back. I am so excited to join the FIT4MOM team! I see new moms attend class frequently, and to be able to help them through one of the most challenging periods of their life, will be so rewarding.
Growing up I enjoyed dancing and ice skating - I have always loved fitness and used to teach pilates classes. Recently I have developed a love for running and am currently training for my first half marathon!
I found Stroller Strides in 2010 when my first baby was still a baby, and became a FIT4MOM instructor in 2012 after my second baby was born. Soon after, I became the happy instructor for the Scripps Ranch location. I love the support and sisterhood that moms find through Stroller Strides. I have been teaching for 18 years everything from dance, gymnastics, circus, music, acting and even rock climbing! I am an ACE certified Personal Trainer, and I am so happy to add Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre to the list! I have a degree in Theatre Performance and have performed on stages across the country, as well as some commercials, movies and TV shows, so I love to add a bit of theatrics to my classes! I am so grateful to do this job that I love and share the experience with my own kids, as well as the wonderful moms and kiddos in my classes!more
I am originally from Switzerland where I got a Master degree in Physical Education. I taught High School physical education and also got a degree from SAFS and AFA to teach Aerobics and Body Pump classes. I've been teaching STROLLER STRIDES at Mission Bay for almost 12 years(my son Andy just turned 12!), where I've met the most amazing moms over the last decade and couldn't imagine my life without it! I also teach STROLLER BARRE and BODY BACK, two amazing programs to get you in your best shape ever!
If you didn't know me really well you probably wouldn't know that I was born and raised in Spain (yes the country). Living in Spain was a wonderful experience because I was outside in the dirt, at the beach, in reservoirs; I was never inside. When I moved to Southern California (when I was 12), my love for the outdoors continued to grow and I became heavily involved in running and volleyball. As my life changed one thing stayed consistent, I stayed active. Now that I have two little boys we are never home (when it is time to go home my children cry because they know it is time to sleep). When I discovered Fit4Mom I was instantly hooked and have loved every component of it. I am over the moon excited to be able to work out with a wonderful village with my kids.more
My name is Stephanie McFerran. Before becoming a mom I was a Behavior Therapist and love working with children and always have had a passion for health! I now have a little girl of my own named Kenlie who was born August 16, 2012 in Encinitas, CA. Once I became a mom I found that support from other moms was critical! I also found that I needed to be as healthy as I could be to take good care of my little one. I found all that with FIT4MOM. As a first time mom I found ALL the support I could possibly ask for, a way to stay healthy and modeling the importance of living a healthy lifestyle to my daughter through FIT4MOM. My name is Tina Thomas and I moved to San Diego when my daughter, Gabrielle, was 4 months old. When we moved here, we didn’t know anyone and it was really hard with a baby and no friends around. I came across Stroller Strides in Oceanside and loved not only the workout but also the community of super friendly and supportive moms who made me feel accepted instantly. Few months later attended BodyBack and fell in love with Fit4mom as a whole. I feel honored that I get to share my passion for fitness with an incredible group of moms.
