How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?

You can NOT go online and place your membership on hold or cancel it yourself. You need to email sandiego@fit4mom.com and indicate when you want your hold or cancellation to go into effect. For a hold, the email needs to be sent 10 business days before the next payment is due. For a cancel, the email needs to be sent 30 calendar days before the next payment date.

Memberships will be placed on hold for the maximum of 4 months unless otherwise stated in an email from the member. Instructors are not authorized to place memberships on hold or cancel them for clients. An email to sandiego@fit4mom.com must be sent from the client.

Office Hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00AM to 4:00PM

Remember we support moms in all stages of motherhood! If your child is no longer stroller age, join us for a Body Back Session or Body Back Boost classes which are both child free workouts.
